1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All original tags must be attached.
- Items showing signs of wear, odor, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale or discounted items
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Customized or altered items

4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Rehab Denim is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
5. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
- Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return for processing.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
